The materials, tutorials, drills, and fencing strategies provided on FencingFAQ are intended solely for training and educational purposes. Fencing is a combat sport that involves physical risks. You are responsible for ensuring you train in a safe environment, use appropriate protective equipment, and consult with certified coaches and medical professionals before attempting rigorous athletic drills.
3. User Accounts and Security
When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Sharing subscription access or account logins across multiple unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
FencingFAQ offers both free content and premium access tiers:
- One-Time Purchase: Grants lifetime access to the foundational library as indicated at checkout.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly cycle until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or PayPal portal.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a transaction, you authorize the applicable charges to your payment method.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All video clips, instructional breakdown graphics, text, branding, and proprietary training curricula published on FencingFAQ remain the exclusive property of FencingFAQ and its creators. You may not re-upload, distribute, reproduce, or resell any video materials without explicit written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FencingFAQ, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or practice of the physical exercises presented.
7. Changes to Terms
